Shipping Policy

Free Shipping on Every Order

All LUMRÉ orders ship free to the United States. No minimum order. No hidden fees.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, and a separate shipping confirmation with tracking once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery estimates begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your package on the carrier's website. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to become active after you receive your shipping confirmation.

Delays

While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing, weather events, or carrier issues beyond our control. If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of dispatch, please contact us and we will investigate immediately.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows your package was delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbours and your building reception first. If it still cannot be located, email us at hello@getlumre.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we will resolve it.

Customs & Import Duties

For international orders, customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. LUMRÉ is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
