We stand behind LUMRÉ completely. If you're not satisfied with your results for any reason within 30 days of receiving your order, we will issue you a full refund — no questions asked, no return shipping required.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email us at hello@getlumre.com with your order number and the reason for your return (optional — we appreciate feedback but it is not required).
  2. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days to confirm your refund.
  3. Your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after confirmation.

Eligibility

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • The product does not need to be returned — keep it.
  • One refund per customer per household.
  • Refunds are not available for orders where the package was reported undelivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your LUMRÉ Glow Wand arrives damaged or defective, please email us at hello@getlumre.com with a photo and your order number within 30 days of delivery. We will send a free replacement immediately, no return required.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 12 hours of being placed, before they are packed and dispatched. After 12 hours, the order may have already been processed by our fulfilment team. In that case, the standard 30-day refund policy applies once you receive the item.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, first check with your bank or credit card company — processing times vary. If you've done this and still haven't received your refund, contact us at hello@getlumre.com and we will resolve it immediately.
